Yvonne Kelly is founder and Managing Director of Ennovy Solutions, a Keane McDonald owned company. Continuing on from the phenomenal success of Keane McDonald, and recognising that many clients struggled with the job search and interview process, not knowing where to turn for relevant advice, Yvonne established Ennovy Solutions. She brings her years of talent management and consulting experience together by offering a dedicated service to clients, covering all stages of the job search process. Yvonne consistently manages highly confidential executive assignments for a number of the elite professional services and consulting firms and many of the world’s largest corporations, across multiple jurisdictions.
Mared Roberts
Commercial Director
Mared is a Commercial Director at Ennovy Solutions, bringing over 15 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. She specialises in strategic hiring solutions for Legal, HR and Executive appointments, leading sophisticated recruitment campaigns for premium clients. With a first-class honours degree in French and German, Mared has worked with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple market sectors. Before returning to Ireland, she gained extensive international experience in Europe and Hong Kong, strengthening her expertise in global talent acquisition. Mared is deeply committed to matching top-tier professionals with the right opportunities, offering strategic guidance to both businesses and individuals navigating career transitions.

Recruitment Consultant
Malwina is a Recruitment Consultant at Ennovy Solutions, specialising in sourcing and matching top talent with the right opportunities. With a Bachelor of Business Degree and extensive client management experience, she brings a strategic, business-minded approach to recruitment, ensuring both companies and candidates achieve their goals. Erica manages all advertising, social media and promotional material for Ennovy Solutions. From South Africa, Erica is a BComm graduate from Stellenbosch University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, from the Institute of Marketing Management. Also having a Postgraduate Degree in Journalism, Erica brings exemplary writing skills and a creative mind to produce the most cutting edge and sophisticated content for the business. She has a wealth of knowledge in media and brand management having worked for over 10 years with high profile international corporations. Her enthusiasm for brand management makes her an integral member of our team.

Barbara is a Recruitment Resourcer at Ennovy Solutions, bringing strong research and organisational skills to support the firm’s recruitment efforts. With years of experience in client-focused roles, she excels in relationship management, talent sourcing, and strategic candidate matching. Eddie Kelly
Operations Director
Eddie is Operations Director at Ennovy Solutions. He manages the ongoing development of the company’s operations in Ireland and overseas. Eddie is responsible for managing the finance function of the firm and the wider Keane McDonald Group. His main focus is ensuring that operating performance and continued business growth is in line with company budgets. He also ensures the firm’s compliance with tax, legal and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions. Eddie is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the company ensuring Ennovy Solutions processes the personal data of our staff, clients, providers and other stakeholders in compliance with the applicable data protection rules.
