Key responsibilities: • Administer and improve HR processes in line with strategic objectives. • Manage the employee lifecycle, including inductions, resignations, and exit interviews. • Oversee employee leave processes (maternity, parental, sick leave) ensuring compliance with company policies. • Manage HR data, generate reports, handle and draft confidential documents including employment contracts and amendments. • Take ownership of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening and the offer process.
