We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute General Manager with an in-depth knowledge of online payment solutions and of both the payment facilitator and aggregator model. The ideal candidate will be an enterprising, self-motivated, resourceful strategic thinker that is able to deliver on setting up and advance operations, financial performance and the long-term vision for the company. Key Responsibilities Management within a Group Environment – both locally and globally Collaborating with department heads to manage overall performance, profitability, and growing local market share. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, engagement and close communication. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Operations Operational Management Managing all daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective practices Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial and corporate regulations while working with third party contractors. Following company policies and industry regulations and standards Sales and business development Support and drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships and service levels with internal and external clients and partners. Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting an analysis of company performance and identifying new areas of growth. Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in management, leadership, and sales. Strong understanding of the payments industry and financial regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial management, managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated resilience, sound judgement and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Committed to rigorous compliance standards and corporate governance.
