Our client is looking to hire an experienced Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team.

This is a key hire within the team and would suit someone who is highly organised, personable and comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.


The Role

You will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the business, acting as a first point of contact for clients while supporting senior leadership and case managers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails and enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments and managing busy calendars
  • Supporting case managers with documentation, reporting and client communications
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with events, workshops and wider engagement initiatives
  • Overseeing general office administration and supplies
  • Contributing to social media and digital communications where required
  • Handling sensitive situations in a calm and efficient manner


About You

  • Adaptable and positive in a fast-paced environment


You will have:

  • Experience in an administrative or front-facing role
  • Experience in a healthcare, case management or client-focused setting (advantageous)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to social media or digital communications (beneficial)


This role can also be considered on a part-time basis with 3 or 4 days per week.
