HR Consultant - Ireland
We are working closely with an established multi-national business in Ireland who are seeking a HR Consultant to support the team on an interim basis.
An entrepreneurial business, this position will work closely with the Senior Management/Executive team to help set up a dynamic HR function, initially for a 6-9 month period.
Responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
Talent Management: Support with hiring needs and establishing efficient recruitment processes, assisting with HRIS and managing HR records.
Employee Engagement and Performance Reviews: Help establish and drive initiatives to enhance engagement and retention, promoting health and wellbeing initiatives.
The ideal person:
An experienced HR professional, comfortable working in a consulting capacity.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations with a HR/CIPD qualification.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
The flexibility to work in an dynamic environment of change and ability to build great relationships effectively at all levels.
