HR Business Partner – Dublin
We are working closely with a professional services firm in Ireland who is looking to hire a Dublin-based HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team.
About the role:
The HRBP will play a key role in balancing strategic, operational and project work, supporting the business’s evolving needs. Reporting to the Head of Operations, they will oversee the HR function and contribute to the wider European HR group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key HR projects, including appraisals, salary reviews and change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and HR advice to employees at all levels.
• Lead the internal and external recruitment process and ensure compliance.
• Identify training needs and support performance management.
• Drive policy and process improvements to enhance employee experience across the business.
The ideal profile:
• Qualified with a degree in HR combined with CIPD accreditation.
• At least 5-6 years’ HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to adapt to new technology.
