Head of Commercial Contracts, Global Technology - Ireland

We are looking for an experienced contracts manager who is also a motivated business leader to join this international business as Head of Commercial Contracts. Reporting to the US, the role will lead a team and work closely with the business across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to the leadership role, you will also be a hands-on and visible commercial partner for the business. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the responsibilities of the commercial contracting function
• Act as a strategic legal advisor and commercial partner both to the business and their clients on  contractual, corporate and compliance issues
• Build, support and motivate a growing team 
• Draft and negotiate strategic contracts/agreements with clients and partners

The person

• At least 8-10 years’ experience of contracts management in a large organisation, ideally multi-national environment 
• Experience in a technology, telecoms or a similarly fast-paced innovative environment would be an advantage
• Ambitious self-starter, a collegial team player with a sense of humour
• Excellent judgment, with the ability to juggle priorities in a growing company
