As a
Senior HR Specialist, you will ensure compliant HR processes across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HR data management and compliance with local regulations. Collaborating with colleagues across the business, you will drive efficiency and operational excellence.



Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding and payroll processes.
  • Oversee global health and benefits administration.
  • Partner with the wider HR team on investigations and employee concerns.
  • Create HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems.


The ideal person:

  • At least 5-6 years’ HR operations experience within a global setting.
  • Strong payroll administration and HRIS knowledge.
  • Expertise in international HR compliance and regulations.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency for HR data analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
